March is here, and it's anyone's guess what it'll throw at us! Fun fact: I became a mom in March. Yep, Maggie arrived in a wild blizzard (in NY!) back in '01. From then to now, it's been all about indoor birthday bashes in NC because the March weather is as mixed as a playlist – could be chilly, could be shorts weather. But hey, longer days are coming, and that means more sun and fun outside, and if you are like me, less seasonal depression. Hallelujah!
So, cheers to shaking off the cold and soaking up the good vibes!

The Secrets of Wholesome Nutrition for Vibrant Health🥗✨
The sun is shining, and the beach is calling! 🌊🐚 For this month, we are talking about FOOD! What a great way to start the month. What do you enjoy snacking on? There’s no wrong answer. Sometimes, nutrition gets a bad rap. The reality is that we don’t need to have a strict diet where we can never eat sweets. We don’t need to say no to every bag of chips or hamburger. I know I enjoy all those foods. The key is to add MORE variety of food to our diet. So, what does this look like?

Add in more veggies, more fruits, more seeds and nuts-You may even find that you enjoy them more! It’s about bringing more variety to our plates.

Eat your protein and vegetables first- This will slow down your metabolism and fill you up faster.

Add in all the spices- food should taste good. Period. Don’t shy away from adding in different flavors.

Last month’s topic was self-love, and I hope you all will continue to show love to yourselves. Take some time to think about how properly nourishing your body is a form of self-love. Take control of your health and show yourself some love!
