Wow. Welcome to December! The last little bit left in 2024. It’s hard to believe. When I look back over this past year there are so many things to be grateful for 🥰. More live music. More connections with new friends. More feeling settled. Less crisis and drama, more consistency, and more time with my family 👩👧👦. The first of the last month of the year will see Healthy Life - Health and Wellness Coaching grow! (exciting news below!!!) The last few days of December will slow down into family time. It’s gonna be a great month and then a great 2025!!!! 🎉🎉🎊

Clarity: How to Avoid Holiday Disappointments!
Most people come into coaching with one pressing issue that must be addressed before work can actually begin on meeting their goals to a fulfilled life: Clarity. 🌟
~We don’t know what we want. ~We might know we don’t know what we want. ~We might think we know what we want… ~But at our core, we actually aren’t clear on what we want.
This lack of clarity leads to wasted time, “spinning of wheels” and frankly, unmet expectations and the disappointment that follows it.
So how clear are you on what you want the holiday season & new year to look like?
Here’s a simple tool to help you look: Make three lists. Twenty minutes of making clarity lists PRE-holiday turns “wishing” for a great holiday season into “creating” one. Happiest of Holidays!!!
